The first-ever Making LA Conference will take place Friday, November 7 at the Los Angeles River Center & Gardens in Cypress Park. This one-day event will be a unique setting where creative leaders from across Los Angeles will share best practices and investigate new ways to make their burgeoning civic, architectural or design projects a reality.

The Making LA Conference is part of a yearlong programming series made possible by support from the National Endowment for the Arts. Since September 2013, de LaB has been hosting the Making LA series that shines a spotlight on LA creatives who are making the city a better place through their transformative work. The Making LA conference is the culmination of this series.
